For Auto Account Set up:

1. Visit the Control Panel of your system then hit on Mail.
2. Then a Mail Setup – Outlook window will open. Hit on show profiles at the right side.
3. A Mail dialogue box will appear then press the Add option.
4. Now, enter a new Outlook Profile Name in the New Profile window. Tap the OK button.
5. Then enter your credentials in the Add Account window>> Next. Now, your account will be created.

For Manual Set up:

Follow the steps below for creating an Outlook new profile as follows:

1. Into the  Add Account dialogue box, choose the Manual setup or additional server types option. Hit on Next.
2. Then in the Choose Service dialogue box, choose POP or IMAP option to connect to a POP or IMAP account and press Next.
3. Now, enter your Outlook account details in POP and IMAP Account Settings. Choose Existing Outlook Data File option in the  Deliver messages to. Hit on Browse and, choose the Outlook data file of the previous account and press OK. 
4. Hit on Next.
5. Press on Close in Test Account Settings and then hit on Finish.

Setting the newly created Outlook profile as the default

Follow the below steps:

1. Visit the Control Panel of your system then hit on Mail.
2. Now in the Mail Setup – Outlook, hit on Show Profiles.
3. Choose the newly created profile in the Mail window, hit on Properties.
4. Then press on Email Accounts in the Mail Setup windows.
5. Now, go to Data File in Account Settings window, and hit on Set as Default. Press on Close. 
6. At last, you will find a new Outlook data file is created, and no issues arise further.
